Very High Priority level

An incident is assigned a Very High priority if it has a very serious impact on the normal conduct of business operations, has a significant impact on the company's operations and could cause serious damage.

As a rule, the reasons are the following:
- complete loss of the system;
- inoperability of the central functions of the SAP-system in the productive system of the Customer.
